Pest Assassins Response To COVID-19

At Pest Assassins, we are taking this situation very seriously. The health and well being of our customers and employees is our top priority and we will continue to protect your property and health following additional steps and guidelines. Our goal is to mitigate as many pest issues as possible utilizing exterior only services and taking precautions when interior services are required including:

• Eliminating signatures on handheld devices after services and emailing all service reports and billing as usual.

• Payments can be made on all services using our online customer portal.

• Employees will continue to wear nitrile gloves during service visits and change gloves between each visit.

• Employees will wear approved masks on service calls.

• We have asked employees to refrain from shaking hands and maintaining social distance to customers during visits.

• Any Pest Assassins employees feeling ill have been asked to stay home.

• We will continue to monitor CDC and state guidelines.

We ask that you please notify our office if you or any occupant of your home or business is not feeling well or is quarantining due to a covid-19 exposure; in this scenario, interior services will not be performed.
